The Service Package Protect is already included in the leasing rates and is automatically provided for certain device types as part of OwnIT@home. It offers support in the event of defects or damage and helps minimize downtime. Coverage depends on the device type.

The Service Package Protect applies to the following main devices:

• Smartphones

• Smartwatches

• Tablets

• Notebooks / Laptops

• Desktops / PCs / Workstations / Mini Desktops / All-in-One PCs

• Projectors

• Graphic Tablets

These devices are classified as “main devices” and are automatically covered by the Service Package Protect.

❌ Not covered by the Service Package Protect:

The following devices are not covered by the Service Package Protect:

• Wearables such as headphones

• Monitors / Displays / Head-Mounted Displays

• Printers & Scanners

• NAS systems / Storage servers

• Accessories (e.g. input devices, speakers, power banks, webcams)

• Network devices

These devices are not part of the Service Package Protect – not even as part of a bundle.
